Cosworth high performance head gaskets are engineered to seal in power under the most demanding conditions.  Constructed of multiple layers of precision die cut stainless steel with a folded stopper layer to ensure complete and even sealing around the combustion chamber.  A 0.25 micron layer of nitrile rubber coating further ensures excellent sealing to the head and block surfaces across the full area of the gasket.

If you intend to use these gaskets with oversized head studs please be aware the center holes will need to be reamed out to accommodate.  Or check out the RCM head gaskets which are die cut with center holes that will accomodate up to 14mm head studs.

Cosworth is no longer producing these gaskets.  Limited quantities remaining.
