Maintenance
At the heart of reliability and performance lies proper scheduled maintenance. We can help ensure your entire vehicle is in proper mechanical order for longevity and overall health. Old and worn parts can and will fail over time, but keeping up with proper fluid checks, flushes, component testing and visual inspections can prevent you from being left stranded on the side of the road or worse. We stress critical services and inspections of items such as: Timing Belts, Water Pumps, Fluid Changes, Filter Changes, Coolant Flushes, Brake Fluid Flushes, Ball Joints, Brake Pads & Rotors, Clutches, Gasket Reseals, Compression Testing, Leak Down Testing, Fuel and Oil Pressure Testing, Walnut Blasting as well as many more vital checks and services. Machining & Fabrication
Rely on our extensive capabilities for the modification or production of custom and one-off parts. From design to finished product, we can transform your ideas and dreams into reality! We utilize Autodesk Fusion software to design and engineer custom components which can be machined on our lathe and CNC milling equipment. We can fabricate custom exhaust systems, intercooler piping, etc. with our TIG and MIG welding equipment and heavy-duty welding table. A complete range of engine machine work can be provided either utilizing our in-house equipment or by contracting with trusted and experienced machinists. Our background, knowledge, and capabilities allow us to provide top tier motorsport preparation and support.
REM Isotropic Superfinishing (REM-ISF®) Process
Developed by REM Chemical, the ISF® process is a method of surface finishing ferrous metal components to a highly polished state (very low Ra surface roughness). It is used extensively at the highest levels of motorsport including F1, WRC, NASCAR, etc. both on its own and in combination with surface coating techniques such as DLC. The process is highly controllable and able to remove only the peaks of the machine tool marks created during component manufacturing while retaining the dimensional integrity of the part. ISF® involves circulating the part within ceramic media inside a vibratory bowl while chemicals are introduced. The resultant finish is isotropic (non-directional) and uniformly polished. We are able to offer this service using in-house equipment for fast turnaround times.

Dyno Services
Vehicle testing and tuning is achieved using our in-house Dynojet 424xLC² all-wheel dyno with Linx system. For some performance upgrades it is imperative to data-log, monitor and physically test your vehicles performance for proper functionality. The dyno allows us to put your car through it's paces at all rpm ranges and loads to adjust power delivery through ECM adjustments assuring healthy mechanical operation. We can operate your vehicle safely at a range of speeds and accelerations that are simply not possible or prudent on the road. Realistic data is gained through measured wheel Horsepower and Torque outputs as well as additional data such as air-fuel ratios that effect safe levels of operation.
