REDUCING COMPLIANCE
STI hardened strut top mounts are produced identically to the factory parts but with a much firmer rubber compound. This reduced rubber compliance lowers the deflections under high cornering forces minimizing undampened movement and better controlling suspension geometry changes. Expect a more solid suspension feel and steering response. Some additional NVH should be expected.
