Half Moon Cylinder Head Plug
Half moon camshaft plugs for rear of cylinder heads are part of the valve cover sealing. Made of hard plastic.
The plastic half moons can become brittle due to a combination of heat, age, and chemical exposure. These are installed into the cylinder head using RTV sealer around the perimeter.
