Valve Cover Gasket Kit MY97-98

Gaskets and seals for re-sealing the valve covers on Version 3/4 applications. Available as a complete set to re-seal a set of valve covers (LH & RH outer cover gaskets, 4 x spark plug hole gaskets, 12 x bolt sealing washers, 2 x oil separator cover gaskets) or as individual parts.

Outer gaskets seal around the perimeter of the cover to the cylinder head and inner gaskets (No.2 valve cover gaskets) seal around the individual spark plug holes in the heads. RTV sealer should be applied across any joint or curved surfaces along the sealing surfaces to ensure a perfect seal.

Fitment Note: 3 different outer gasket types were used by Subaru for these models. However, only one replacement gasket design is available to cover all applications. You may notice minor differences in the gasket design compared to your original gasket but it will not affect the gasket sealing.
