Use of this website and/or placement of an order with RalliSpec, Ltd. indicates your acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms & conditions as described below.

RalliSpec, Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to these terms & conditions at any time and without notice.

Jurisdiction
You agree that any legal action brought against RalliSpec, Ltd. shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of this website or orders placed with RalliSpec, Ltd. shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Burlington County in the State of New Jersey.

Order Submission & Payment
Orders are accepted through phone, fax, email, and regular mail. RalliSpec, Ltd. reserves the right to decline your order at any time for any reason. RalliSpec, Ltd. shall not be held liable for lost, incomplete, or illegible orders. RalliSpec, Ltd., at its discretion, may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

All advertised pricing is in US dollars. Pricing is subject to change at any time. RalliSpec, Ltd. will contact you for acceptance of any relevant changes to advertised pricing prior to processing your order. 6% NJ sales tax will be added to any order shipped to a NJ address. Shipping & handling charges are not included in any advertised price unless explicitly described as otherwise.

Acceptable forms of payment include credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Paypal electronic payment, cash, check, money order, or bank funds transfer. All payments must be made in US currency. All merchandise shall remain the property of RalliSpec, Ltd. until paid for in full. RalliSpec, Ltd. will hold all orders paid by personal check until the funds have cleared.

Orders paid for by credit card will only be shipped to a verified billing address for the credit card. RalliSpec, Ltd. will match and verify all appropriate billing information for the credit card prior to shipment. RalliSpec, Ltd. reserves the right to demand an alternative form of payment in the event the supplied credit card information cannot be verified. Credit cards will be processed at time of shipment except for special orders and custom parts in which case the credit card will be processed at time of order. RalliSpec Ltd. does not retain credit card information on file.

Paypal orders will only be accepted from a verified Paypal account. All Paypal orders will be shipped only to a verified paypal address. RalliSpec, Ltd. does not accept Paypal for international orders.

Any payment submitted via bank transfer (wire) shall add a $10 fee to cover the beneficiary-side bank service charge. In addition, the customer shall be responsible for any additional bank service charges debited from the total funds transfer prior to deposit into RalliSpec, Ltd.'s account. In the event the total amount deposited is less than the order total, RalliSpec, Ltd. reserves the right to hold shipment of the order until the remaining balanced is paid. Confirmation of the funds transfer must be faxed or emailed to RalliSpec, Ltd. All funds transfers should be made to the following account:

Shipping
RalliSpec, Ltd.'s standard shipping method is UPS ground within the US and Canada. International orders will be shipped by Global EMS, Fedex, or Bax Global. RalliSpec, Ltd. reserves the right to choose the best shipping method available for any delivery unless specific instructions have been provided by the customer.

All refused or returned shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All shortage claims must be made within 3 business days of receipt of the order. All damage claims must be made directly with the carrier. RalliSpec, Ltd. may provide assistance when necessary but cannot initiate any damage claim. Please retain all packing materials for inspection by the carrier.

International shipments may be subject to tariffs, taxes, and regulations. RalliSpec, Ltd. shall not be held liable for any fees or delays incurred. The customer is responsible for paying all taxes and duty charges assessed and RalliSpec shall take no responsibility for altering or adjusting invoices in order to circumvent such taxes.

Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and require pre-authorization by RalliSpec, Ltd either by phone or email. All returns must be in the original packaging and in saleable condition. A copy of the original invoice along with a detailed explanation for the return must accompany the item(s). Merchandise showing evidence of having been installed, modified, or defaced will be refused. All returns must be shipped prepaid and fully insured. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. At RalliSpec's discretion, a store credit may be issued without incurring the restocking fee. Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. All approved refunds will be issued as either a credit to your credit card or company check. Type of refund payment is at the discretion of RalliSpec, Ltd.

Warranty & Applicability
All parts sold are considered competition parts and as such are sold without warranty unless one is provided by the original manufacturer. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and user of such parts to determine their suitability and legality for whatever purpose they are intended.

All parts should be considered applicable for off-road use only unless expressly described as otherwise.
