The Race Spec series short blocks are designed and built for the demands of motorsport. The block is CNC machined and fitted with Darton sleeves. It features Omega 2618 forged pistons, our high performance 4340 chromoly rods with ARP L19 bolts, and King XPG bearings. The crankshaft is a billet chromoly unit from K1 with straight shot oil passages for maximum oil flow at high rpms. Assembled from all new parts and fully balanced/blueprinted. Optionally, we have a used block exchange program whereby we build from a good used block and take yours in trade.
